Terms of Service

Program name: Crystal Clean Detailing Customer Alerts. When you opt in, Crystal Clean Detailing will send you text messages related to your detailing services, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival notifications, service updates, and quote follow-ups ("Service Messages"). If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send special offers, discounts, and seasonal promotions on detailing, ceramic coating, and paint correction services ("Marketing Messages").

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the unchecked SMS consent checkbox(es) on our website forms at crystalcleandetailing.org/contact or crystalcleandetailing.org/book. Service Messages and Marketing Messages have separate checkboxes. Checking a box is optional; consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you can still book services without opting in. After opting in you will receive a confirmation message.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, depending on your appointments and interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text messaging plan. Crystal Clean Detailing does not charge for text messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to any message from us (you may also use CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL). After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also opt out by calling (720) 641-2574 or emailing CrystalCleanDetailing1@gmail.com.

If you want to join again, text START (or UNSTOP) to our number, or opt in again through our website forms.

The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless provider.

This program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please text STOP from the old number or notify us so we can update our records.

Your privacy is important to us. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages. This program operates in accordance with applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements, including CTIA guidelines and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Crystal Clean Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services at the location you provide. Prices shown on our website are starting prices; final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and services selected, and will be confirmed before work begins.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it. You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, and address information and safe access to your vehicle at the scheduled time.

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation. All content, logos, and photos on this site are the property of Crystal Clean Detailing and may not be used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Clean Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or messaging program.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
